1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the form on the “Let’s talk” page: your name, your company and its website, your email address, your phone number, the stage you are at, what slows you down and your preferred time window.

When you email or call us: the information you choose to share.

When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages visited, country, device type) that do not identify you.

3. Why we use the data and on what basis

We only use your data to:

• reply to you and prepare the conversation you asked for (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• perform the contract, if we work together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• understand, through anonymous statistics, how the site is used and keep it secure (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions based on your data and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the providers that help us operate have access to it, under a data processing agreement:

• Cloudflare, for hosting the site;
• Namebox, for email;
• Plausible Analytics, for anonymous statistics, hosted in the European Union.

We may share data with public authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process technical data outside the European Union. In those cases, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep data

Form submissions and messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless we start working together.

Data related to a contract and invoicing: for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Site statistics contain no personal data.

7. Cookies

This site does not use cookies. Statistics are collected with Plausible, which works without cookies and does not identify visitors. That is why there is no cookie banner.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data;
• have your data corrected;
• have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at team@atlas-scales.ro. We reply within one month at the latest.

10. Supervisory authority

If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
