FAQ
Is my data safe?
Yes. The servers are bought on your company's account, confidential data stays with you, and if something shouldn't reach us, we build the system so that it doesn't. We sign NDAs and, on request, the system can run locally.
How long does it take?
We make the plan within 3–5 days of the first conversation. The first live, working version comes in 2–4 weeks, testing together included. Then we keep adjusting it, on the real work of your team.
Who owns the system?
It depends on how you want to work. Either you pay for the implementation once and the system is yours, or you start with a smaller implementation and a monthly fee with support included, in which case you rent it. We choose together.
Why wouldn't I just use a SaaS?
A SaaS is built for thousands of companies, which is exactly why it's cheap. If it fits how you work, we'll tell you to use it. If it doesn't, you end up paying every month for something your team doesn't use and that doesn't solve your problem.
Do I need an audit first?
No. If you know what you want, we go straight to the implementation plan. The audit is for when you want an outside view of the whole company: where time is lost and where AI would bring in money. If we then build what we found, the audit's price is deducted in full.
Do you only work in one field?
No. We've built systems for real estate, accounting, law, marketing, dental clinics and an aviation union. What matters is understanding how your company works.
Will my team actually use it?
That's the goal. We build on how your people already work and test it with them. A system nobody opens hasn't solved anything.
Can what I have in mind be built?
Most of the time, yes: most of what our clients imagine can be built. In the first conversation we'll also tell you honestly what isn't worth building.
